Inuyama Castle

Inuyama Castle is one of only five castles in Japan designated as a National Treasure, with its main keep dating back to 1537, making it the oldest existing castle tower in the country. Perched on a hilltop overlooking the Kiso River, it offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The compact but elegant four-story tower retains its original wooden structure and provides an authentic glimpse into feudal-era castle architecture.
