關於此目的地
A narrow river island between the Dojima and Tosabori rivers, home to Nakanoshima Park, a rose garden, the Central Public Hall, and several museums.
Nakanoshima is a narrow island in central Osaka, lying between the Dojima and Tosabori rivers in Kita Ward. It is home to Nakanoshima Park, which opened in 1891 as the city's first public park and stretches about 1.5 kilometres along the water. The park contains a rose garden with roughly 3,700 rose bushes across around 310 varieties, best seen in late spring and again in autumn. The island is also known for the Osaka City Central Public Hall, a red-brick Neo-Renaissance building completed in 1918. Several museums, including the National Museum of Art and the Nakanoshima Museum of Art, stand on the island. The park is free to enter and is a short walk from Yodoyabashi and Kitahama stations.
