關於此目的地
A twin-arch stone bridge built in 1634 over the Nakashima River, whose reflection in the water resembles a pair of spectacles.
Megane Bridge, or Spectacles Bridge, is a stone arch bridge over the Nakashima River in central Nagasaki, built in 1634 by a monk of Kofukuji temple. Its two arches, together with their reflection in the calm water below, form the shape of a pair of spectacles, which gives the bridge its name. About 22 metres long, it is regarded as Japan's oldest stone arch bridge and was designated an Important Cultural Property in 1960. It stands among a group of old stone bridges along the Nakashima River, and the riverside path is a popular short walk. Small heart-shaped stones set into the surrounding embankment stones have become a photo spot for visitors.
