Nokonoshima Island Park

Nokonoshima Island Park is a flower park on the northern part of Nokonoshima, an island in Hakata Bay reached by ferry from Fukuoka City. The park plants seasonal flowers across its hillside fields, including rapeseed flowers in spring and cosmos in autumn, set against views of the bay. Adult admission for high school age and above is 1,500 yen, with lower rates for children and toddlers. To reach the park, take a bus to Meinohama Ferry Terminal, a ferry of about ten minutes to Nokonoshima, and then a bus to the park entrance. The ferry round-trip fare is around 460 yen. The park has food options and open lawns for visitors.
