One of the most famous ramen places in Osaka and for a good reason. I had their seafood based bowl before and had the soy sauce one this time.

Only recommended if you really love soy sauce but I do, and it was one of the best and boldest flavor profiles in ramen I’ve ever had.

Even the noodles are a bit black with the soy sauce! All and all just incredibly tasty.

Didn’t have to line up at all. Got there at 10:50 am on a Monday though.
