關於此目的地

The ruins of the Hachisuka clan's castle on Shiroyama hill in central Tokushima, now a park with stone walls, the Senshukaku garden, and a castle museum.
Tokushima Castle was the seat of the Hachisuka clan, who ruled the domain from the late 16th century until the end of the Edo period. It stood on the 60-metre Shiroyama hill near the mouth of the Yoshino River in what is now central Tokushima. The main structures no longer survive, but extensive stone walls remain, and the site is preserved as Tokushima Central Park. Within the grounds are the Senshukaku garden, laid out beside the former lord's residence, and the Tokushima Castle Museum, which displays materials on the castle and the domain. Entering the park is free; the garden costs 50 yen and the museum 300 yen for adults. The park is about a ten-minute walk from JR Tokushima Station and is a well-known local spot for cherry blossoms in spring.
