關於此目的地
A limestone cave in Kami city with stalactites, stalagmites and an underground stream, designated a national historic site and natural monument.
Ryugado Cave is a limestone cave in the Tosayamada district of Kami city, Kochi Prefecture. The standard sightseeing course runs about one kilometre through passages lined with stalactites, stalagmites and flowstone, past an underground stream. The cave is designated both a national historic site and a natural monument, in part because pottery left by prehistoric people has been found inside. Longer adventure courses with overalls and boots are available in season for visitors who want to explore narrower passages. There is a car park and shops near the entrance. Access is easiest by car, roughly 25 minutes from Nangoku Interchange.
