# Michi-no-Eki Inagawa

Soba gives Michi-no-Eki Inagawa a clear reason to stop. The Soba no Yakata restaurant uses buckwheat grown in Inagawa, milling it on site and making noodles without a wheat-flour binder. The station sits beside Prefectural Route 12 in Manzen, between the built-up Kawanishi area and the more rural north of the town.

The produce market is the other part of the visit. Local farmers supply vegetables, while regional processed foods make useful souvenirs if fresh produce will not suit the rest of your trip. The station also advertises soba-making experiences, but these need a reservation. Eating a bowl and joining a workshop are different plans, so arrange the latter in advance.

A drive here can be combined with other places around Inagawa, but the roadside station is not a trailhead for every nearby hill. Use its local information to choose an onward stop. Check the current closure notice and restaurant service before leaving, especially if lunch is the main reason for the journey.
