Opened in April 2017, the station marks its tenth year in 2026. The farm stand carries vegetables and processed foods from Hiraizumi farms, along with local doburoku (unfiltered rice wine) and wine. It is a practical place to pick up fruit or snacks before a day of walking between Chuson-ji, Motsu-ji and the other sites of the World Heritage area.
